🎯 The Role

As a Software Development Engineer on the Adobe Express Growth (Engagement) team in Noida, you will build user-facing capabilities that enhance how creators discover, design, and share multimedia content. You will be responsible for creating fluid browser and web-based creation experiences, integrating client features with scalable backend services, and optimizing runtime performance across complex media editing canvases.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build, prototype, and maintain production-grade user interfaces for Adobe Express web features.
• Partner closely with product designers, engineers, and infrastructure teams across geographies.
• Profile client execution to optimize rendering, reduce latency, and ensure cross-browser stability.
• Write modular, readable code backed by comprehensive unit and integration test coverage.
• Review technical designs and pull requests to uphold high standards of quality and maintainability.
• Incorporate modern AI-assisted engineering practices and connect LLM-driven features into frontend flows.

✅ What You'll Need

• At least 5 years of industry experience developing scalable, responsive web applications.
• Strong expertise in React, Web Components, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript fundamentals.
• Proven track record with frontend build systems (Vite, Webpack) and CSS styling architectures.
• Hands-on experience with unit and end-to-end testing frameworks (Jest, RTL, Playwright, Cypress).
• In-depth understanding of browser architecture, DOM performance, and performance profiling tools.
• Familiarity with AI developer tooling (Claude Code, Cursor) and integrating LLM-backed services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent engineering background.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Practical experience with Lit or MobX in large-scale applications.
• Exposure to native mobile technologies such as Kotlin/Java or Swift.
