🎯 The Role

Citi is hiring a Senior UI Developer (Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst) in Pune for a hybrid schedule. You will collaborate with the Technology team to architect, establish, and enhance frontend application systems, acting as a subject matter expert on Angular and UI engineering while mentoring junior developers.

💼 What You'll Do

• Participate in designing, establishing, and implementing new or upgraded frontend application systems alongside the Technology team.
• Contribute to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, and comprehensive systems analysis.
• Define frontend operating standards and ensure core engineering and regulatory compliance procedures are followed.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders and fellow engineers.
• Mentor and coach new or lower-level analysts while operating with autonomy and independent technical judgment.

✅ What You'll Need

• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in software application programming and systems analysis.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Angular / AngularJS and modern frontend UI technologies.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex software engineering projects.
• Working familiarity with technical consulting and project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage shifting requirements and deliver reliably under deadline pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
