🎯 The Role
LSEG is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Digital Journeys Squad within Workspace Engineering. This role is front-end focused (70-80%) with some back-end work (20-30%), building reusable solutions that support customer onboarding, migration, learning, and safe gradual feature rollouts across user segments on LSEG Workspace.

💼 What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain web and desktop solutions with scalability, security, and performance in mind

- Lead architectural decisions for front-end and back-end systems
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps to build end-to-end solutions
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions
- Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and roadmap development
