🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer - Hubs Platform to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. You will shape the experience of millions of users worldwide by building the platforms and products that enable customized experiences. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role on the Hubs Platform team.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Core: React, TypeScript, Node.js
• Backend/API: Ruby on Rails, Node.js
• Concepts: Microfrontend architecture, CI/CD, TDD
• Infrastructure: Production monitoring, alerting, 99.99% uptime

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect, develop, and maintain the runtime platform for Hubs using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Ruby.
• Design scalable UIs using microfrontend concepts to build world-class user experiences.
• Build the front-end platform enabling customization at scale; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Write clean, efficient, well-tested code following industry standards.
• Contribute to team technical standards and operational processes.
• Provide 24/7 support for production UIs and services.
• Mentor junior developers in soft and technical skills.

✅ What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related field, or comparable work experience.
• 5+ years in software engineering with TDD and UI/API designs (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Ruby on Rails preferred).
• 5+ years monitoring, tuning alerts, and responding to production incidents.
• Experience recommending technical investments to improve stability, performance, and scalability.
• Ability to support leadership in assessing short- and long-term goals.
• Experience building modern CI/CD systems for deterministic releases.
• Strong communication skills in English and experience working with distributed teams.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with microfrontend platforms or large-scale UI customization.
• Prior experience mentoring junior engineers.
