💼 What You'll Do
- Develop innovative products from inception (0->1) through exponential scaling and widespread adoption.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust software designs and effectively communicate them to the team.
- Conduct code, feature, technology, architecture, and design reviews, setting standards for code quality and testing.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and autonomy.
- Collaborate with business and technical leadership to strategize on revenue improvement and rapid scaling capabilities.
