🎯 The Role
The HR Product Engineering squad serves as the foundational layer of Rippling's workforce management platform. You will build and scale global, compliant products spanning HRIS records, Time & Attendance, Health & Retirement Benefits, and Talent management. In this role, you will take ownership of the frontend architecture while contributing to backend services.
