🎯 The Role

As a Senior Lead UI Engineer within the Energy division, you will be a technical cornerstone for high-revenue, business-critical products. You will guide the architectural direction of user-facing applications, ensuring they are high-performing, reliable, and built using modern engineering best practices.

💼 What You'll Do

• Design and develop industry-leading applications with a focus on usability and performance.
• Lead the full SDLC including architecture, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Create detailed technical design documents and diagrams to demonstrate complex solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and facilitate iterative delivery ceremonies using Agile methodologies.
• Perform root-cause analysis for production issues to implement preventative measures.

• Over a decade of experience in building rich web user interfaces and enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in responsive UI development and modern CSS frameworks.
• A deep understanding of architectural design patterns and software design principles.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with TDD and robust SDLC methodologies.
