🎯 The Role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will design and ship modern product features spanning frontend interfaces and backend logic. You will architect multi-agent systems, integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and craft polished, animated user interfaces.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect, build, and deploy end-to-end fullstack features from user-facing screens to backend services.
• Design reliable agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestrations, and custom MCP server integrations.
• Partner closely with design to build responsive, animated, and refined interfaces using Material UI.
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations with leading LLM foundation models.
• Implement background job processing pipelines with Inngest and manage PostgreSQL schemas.
• Build internal tooling, back-office workflows, and participate in peer code reviews.

✅ What You'll Need

• Demonstrated experience with Next.js (Pages Router), React 18, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on background building and reasoning about multi-agent systems and agentic workflows.
• Solid backend foundation with PostgreSQL, database modeling, and REST API development.
• Strong product instinct with attention to UI craftsmanship, smooth transitions, and design consistency.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and working with RAG workflows.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to provide schedule overlap during 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

• Experience designing and building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
• Background developing interactive voice agents or conversational AI systems.
• Experience with background task schedulers like Inngest and vector databases like Qdrant.
• Familiarity with Retool or similar internal tool development platforms.
