You will build product experiences that are as beautiful as they are robust, ensuring that the complex systems driving HR and Finance feel effortless for the end-user. You'll have high autonomy to innovate and drive the technical direction of the frontend.

💼 What You'll Do

• Take ownership of high-impact products from spec to global deployment.
• Lead weekly architecture reviews and service health initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous technical challenges into actionable engineering roadmaps.
• Mentor junior developers and uphold a high-quality bar across the team.
• Proactively optimize frontend performance for a global user base.
