🎯 The Role
As a Senior Frontend Engineer (L5) / Staff Software Engineer on the Banking team, you will lead the frontend platform and technical direction for banking surfaces. You will architect unified onboarding and banking experiences while building reusable SDKs and shared UI foundations for internal and external adoption.

💼 What You'll Do
- Own frontend architecture for banking workflows, onboarding, and unified product surfaces.
- Build and maintain a published Banking SDK containing hooks and UI components for external integrations.
- Establish micro-frontend practices and shared component libraries.
- Drive frontend observability and end-to-end test automation standards.
- Mentor frontend team members and raise technical execution quality across the engineering org.

- Proven experience building and scaling production web applications as a senior or staff frontend engineer.
- Mastery of TypeScript, React, state management, and component architecture.
- Strong expertise in web performance, accessibility, and technical cross-team communication.
