🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the product engineering team, you will join an autonomous team shipping customer-facing features across web and mobile. You will partner closely with product leaders, UX designers, and fellow engineers to turn real-world financial friction into smooth, intuitive user journeys.

• AI-assisted developer workflows (LLMs for code review, debugging, and drafting)

💼 What You'll Do

• Build, test, and ship end-to-end features for mobile and web products using Angular and Ionic.
• Take full ownership of product initiatives from technical planning to production rollout.
• Advocate for robust architectural patterns, frontend performance, and strong developer experience.
• Partner directly with product management and designers to refine user experiences.
• Maintain high standards for code health, test coverage, and documentation.
• Leverage AI tools as daily force multipliers across debugging, code review, and development.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of practical software engineering experience delivering user-facing applications in production.
• Deep understanding of TypeScript fundamentals, frontend performance, and state management.
• Proven ability to operate with autonomy and drive ambiguous features to completion.
• Strong bias for pragmatic engineering trade-offs over speculative architectural purity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication habits across distributed team environments.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Practical experience building cross-platform mobile apps with Ionic or Capacitor.
• Familiarity with fintech, banking systems, or earned wage access models.
• Daily fluency with AI-assisted software development and developer productivity tooling.
