🎯 The Role

Eltropy is hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for a 100% remote role based in India. You will build and scale high-concurrency real-time messaging interfaces, interactive agent dashboards, and consumer-facing communication widgets.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• React
• TypeScript & Modern JavaScript
• WebSockets & Real-time streaming APIs
• HTML5 & Modern CSS (Tailwind CSS / SCSS)
• Automated testing tools (Jest / RTL)

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead the development of client-facing web interfaces supporting multi-channel conversations
• Integrate WebSockets and real-time state synchronizations into responsive React components
• Optimize application load times, rendering performance, and network payload sizes
• Collaborate with remote teammates to establish frontend architectural standards and design patterns

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional frontend web development experience
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and state management
• Hands-on experience working with real-time web mechanics like WebSockets
• Solid understanding of web fundamentals, responsive CSS, and browser performance profiling
• Proven ability to operate effectively in an asynchronous, remote-first engineering team

🌟 Nice to Have

• Familiarity with WebRTC or video streaming integrations in the browser
• Prior experience building fintech or enterprise communications software
