🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take ownership of our user-facing platforms. In this role, you will build and maintain scalable, high-performance UIs that serve mission-critical functions for financial institutions. You'll work in a 100% remote environment, collaborating with a world-class team to deliver exceptional user experiences.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build and optimize responsive user interfaces for the core Eltropy platform.
• Partner with designers and backend engineers to translate product requirements into high-quality features.
• Uphold code quality through rigorous code reviews and mentoring of junior engineers.
• Ensure the platform remains performant and scalable as our user base grows.
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues and technical debt.

✅ What You'll Need

• 3 to 8 years of professional experience specializing in frontend development.
• Mastery of the React ecosystem and modern TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of web performance, browser rendering, and client-side security.
• Experience working in distributed, agile development environments.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive features from concept to production.

• Experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile development.
• Familiarity with modern build tool configurations (Webpack/Vite).
• Active contributions to open-source projects or a strong technical portfolio.
