🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Micro Frontend Platform team, you will build and scale high-performance, customer-facing interfaces that power core touchpoints across Coupang's ecosystem. This role centers on pure frontend engineering where low latency, responsive rendering, and rock-solid architectural reliability directly influence millions of daily shoppers.

• React, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript

• Modern CSS, modular component libraries, design systems
• Micro frontend architectures, Webpack, Vite, performance profilers

💼 What You'll Do

• Build scalable, responsive user interfaces for consumer-facing surfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
• Design and publish modular UI components to ensure architectural reusability and visual coherence across teams.
• Diagnose and eliminate bottlenecks in rendering pipelines, client-side bundles, and network requests.
• Partner with backend architects, UX designers, and product leaders to ship seamless consumer experiences at high velocity.
• Champion frontend best practices and maintain uncompromising standards for code quality and maintainability.

✅ What You'll Need

• 4 to 7 years of software engineering experience focusing on modern frontend web development.
• Deep mastery of JavaScript along with strong expertise in React or Vue.js.
• Demonstrated background engineering high-traffic, customer-facing (B2C) web applications.
• Strong grasp of browser rendering mechanics, client-side profiling, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Solid experience integrating frontend clients with backend APIs and Node.js middleware layers.
