🎯 The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will build and scale the core product experiences across ClickUp's web application. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and integrations teams to deliver high-velocity features while upholding component modularity and runtime speed.

💼 What You'll Do

• Ship user-facing productivity features in Angular and React alongside cross-functional squads
• Architect maintainable, modular frontend code that powers core workspace surfaces
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define efficient API contracts and real-time data flows
• Diagnose and solve complex client-side performance, layout, and rendering bottlenecks
• Maintain comprehensive test coverage using Jest, Vitest, and Playwright across edge cases
• Uphold design system standards, accessibility best practices, and code quality

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of professional frontend software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and modern frameworks (Angular 2+ or React required)
• Deep practical experience with reactive programming (RxJS) and state management (NgRx/Redux)
• Solid mastery of HTML/CSS layout fundamentals, responsive design, and accessibility (a11y)
• Experience writing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Demonstrated track record of moving fast, taking ownership, and executing with urgency
• Strong communication skills within distributed global engineering teams
