🎯 The Role

As a Senior UI Engineer on the Experience Design (XD) team, you will be a core contributor to ServiceTitan's mature design system, Anvil. You will sit at the intersection of design and development, crafting scalable UI components, improving accessibility, and building AI tools to boost developer velocity across product teams.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Core: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Styling & Tooling: Vanilla Extract, Sass, Vite, CI/CD
• AI & Dev Tools: Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini

💼 What You'll Do

• Contribute directly to the Anvil design system via React code, component structures, and code reviews.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to extend shared tooling for diverse product lines.
• Implement AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance internal design and development speed.
• Maintain technical standards, release pipelines, dev environments, and accessibility guidelines.
• Monitor metrics and advocate for design system adoption across all product groups.

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of overall web application UI development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building web apps with React.js.
• 3+ years of specific experience developing enterprise Design Systems.
• Strong core knowledge of vanilla JS, CSS, HTML, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with modern AI tooling (Cursor, Copilot, LLMs) and build platforms.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with React Native for cross-platform design systems.
• Official Web Accessibility (a11y) certifications or deep domain expertise.
• Experience creating custom Figma plugins or automation tools.
