🎯 The Role

BlackRock is actively seeking an experienced React Front End Engineer (Associate) to architect, develop, and deploy sophisticated, robust web solutions specifically tailored to empower MDM Operations teams. In this role, situated in Bangalore, you will serve as a key technical contributor to a cross-functional squad focused on delivering top-tier UI implementations for intricate data challenges.

💼 What You'll Do

• Collaborate deeply with product management, business users, and engineering leadership to establish scalable UI architectures.
• Translate complex business and workflow requirements into elegant, flexible technical solutions.
• Design and implement advanced solutions to solve intricate operational use-cases proactively.
• Fortify platform stability by instituting rigorous code reviews, unit testing, regression testing, and UAT cycles.
• Uphold strong DevOps principles to enhance the engineering team's efficiency and deployment reliability.
• Cultivate team productivity by mentoring peers and driving forward-thinking engineering initiatives globally.

✅ What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalently highly quantitative field.
• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience focused extensively on frontend web development.
• Deep practical expertise building complex applications utilizing ReactJS and modern TypeScript.
• Comprehensive knowledge of managing application state dynamically via Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Jotai.
• Proven success in cleanly integrating frontend clients with backend RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Strong commitment to code quality utilizing tools like Jest and Cypress for E2E and integration testing.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize high-performance metrics including bundle size management and SSR via Next.js.

• Familiarity with robust caching and data fetching approaches using React Query or SWR.
• Hands-on experience configuring advanced CI/CD tooling and conducting continuous security audits.
