🎯 The Role

As a Frontend Software Engineer at the Vice President level, you will join the Aladdin Engineering team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for building innovative technology that shapes financial markets, solving complex problems at scale while operating with the agility of a startup.

💼 What You'll Do

• Deliver high-performance, resilient UI components for the Aladdin platform.
• Own frontend solutions end-to-end, from design to production delivery.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and testing workflows.
• Architect creative strategies to overcome complex frontend challenges.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Partner with UX/UI designers and product managers to define product roadmaps.

✅ What You'll Need

• 7+ years of experience building modern frontend applications with React.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and the modern JavaScript ecosystem.
• Strong background in web performance and accessibility (WCAG).
• Proven experience with TDD and modern testing methodologies.
• Expertise in distributed systems and micro-frontend architectures.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills to influence technical decisions.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-integrated software development workflows.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud ecosystems.
• Background in financial services or investment technology.
