🎯 The Role

As an MTS Software Engineer on the Identity team, you'll develop and support services including Authentication, Authorization, Onboarding, User Management, and Web Services Security. You'll implement ID Federation protocols like OAuth and OpenID Connect, servicing users across both Desktop and Mobile platforms.

💼 What You'll Do

  • Design and develop clean, efficient, extensible code for Identity Services including Authentication and Authorization
  • Own the entire software lifecycle from design through deployment, observability and monitoring
  • Influence and guide technical decisions across teams as a key player in architectural discussions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product Managers and Designers
  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, coaching and mentorship to team members
  • Lead engineering support, release and on-call responsibilities for the 24/7 always-on platform

✅ What You'll Need

  • 6+ years of experience designing front-end systems and development
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, React, and NodeJS
  • Experience with server-side rendering using Material UI or Ant UI
  • Integration experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating BEM-structured CSS and deep browser knowledge
  • Experience with Webpack, Express.js, and delivering in agile TDD CI/CD environments

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Experience with Identity protocols like OAuth and OpenID Connect
  • Knowledge of Web Services Security, Device Fingerprinting, or Account Linking
  • Experience building scalable distributed high-performant systems
