🎯 The Role

You will join the Web Platform team at the ITPL Whitefield office in Bengaluru. As a React developer, you'll work on marketing web properties, solving evolving technical challenges and building prototypes for new product capabilities.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• React, React Router
• JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS
• Webpack, Babel, NPM
• AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront)

💼 What You'll Do

• Build and deploy high-quality web applications in an agile environment.
• Partner with backend engineers on API architecture and smooth integration.
• Continuously optimize code for security, speed, and cross-browser performance.
• Champion accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices across our platforms.

✅ What You'll Need

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in the React ecosystem and modern frontend build tools.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests with high code coverage.
• A proactive, empathetic approach to teamwork and agile collaboration.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (Serverless/Lambda).
• Background in integrating analytics and tracking within React apps.
