🎯 The Role
As a Lead Software Engineer for UI/React, you will be a core technical contributor driving the architecture, quality, and delivery of front-end applications. You will establish front-end design standards, lead micro-frontend patterns, and mentor engineers across agile delivery teams.

💼 What You'll Do
- Lead the design and delivery of complex enterprise web UI components using React and TypeScript.
- Define front-end architecture patterns including state management, API integration, routing, and error handling.
- Drive automated UI testing, accessibility compliance (WCAG), performance optimization, and production telemetry.
- Improve CI/CD delivery pipelines with automated linting, build optimization, quality gates, and release automation.
- Mentor engineers and promote enterprise-authorized AI-assisted tools for code review, refactoring, and test strategies.
✅ What You'll Need
- Formal software engineering training/certification and 5+ years of hands-on enterprise React and TypeScript experience.
- Proven track record of leading UI architecture and mentoring software engineers.
- Strong experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright).
- Experience establishing CI/CD automation and quality gates for UI projects.
- Solid understanding of agile software development lifecycle and responsible AI usage practices.
