🎯 The Role

As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will take charge of the design, architectural evolution, and execution of highly scalable, intuitive web interfaces. This leadership role is designed for a fast-paced environment where you will oversee the frontend vision for a B2B SaaS or fintech product ecosystem. Working in lockstep with product managers, cross-functional engineering leads, and designers, you will manage day-to-day delivery while elevating technical standards and mentoring a skilled engineering team.

💼 What You'll Do

• Steer and upgrade the frontend architecture for optimal performance, robustness, and longevity.
• Produce responsive, accessible, and interactive interfaces leveraging modern web standards.
• Partner across disciplines to transition high-level product strategies into sound technical realities.
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers through regular code reviews and technical guidance.
• Formulate and maintain high engineering baselines, CI/CD pathways, and formatting policies.
• Uncover and systematically eliminate technical debt, scale deficits, and software bottlenecks.

✅ What You'll Need

• At least 7 years of deep focus in frontend engineering along with formal or informal technical leadership background.
• A proven history of shipping high-impact web software within fast-paced startup or B2B product organizations.
• Comprehensive expertise with modern core JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and related bundlers or configurations.
• Excellent clarity regarding web primitives, browser lifecycles, and front-end tuning techniques.
• Previous experience handling data-dense interfaces, complex workflows, or dashboards.
• Experience applying unit and end-to-end test methodologies using modern test suites.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience building or maintaining tailored design systems and reusable component suites.
• Prior background interacting with backend architectures or practicing full-stack development.
