🎯 The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer on the Mem0 Platform team, you will take ownership of the developer-facing product surface. You will architect and deliver full-stack features from Next.js interfaces to Python backend services, design robust APIs, optimize performance for high-throughput workloads, and deploy directly to production.

💼 What You'll Do

• Deliver end-to-end features across the Mem0 web platform, from user interface design to backend microservices.
• Optimize frontend rendering and API response times to ensure low-latency interactions across global developer dashboards.
• Author automated unit, integration, and type tests to maintain high software quality and prevent regressions.
• Collaborate directly with founders, product designers, and research teams to introduce new agent memory capabilities.
• Monitor production infrastructure, establish alert systems, and quickly triage and resolve operational issues.
• Engage with developer community feedback to refine API usability and streamline onboarding workflows.

✅ What You'll Need

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience shipping production applications with Next.js/React and Python.
• Solid backend capabilities with PostgreSQL, Redis, and asynchronous queue architectures.
• Deep frontend understanding encompassing component modularity, state management, and server-side rendering.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, static typing tooling, and unit/integration testing frameworks.
• Experience taking full ownership of features through their entire development and operational lifecycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional remote collaboration.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience building products with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector databases, or RAG architectures.
• Experience implementing real-time web capabilities such as WebSockets or server actions.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel).
• Previous engineering experience at an early-stage venture-backed startup.
