🎯 The Role

As a Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Oriented) in the Pioneer Talent Program, you will build end-to-end product features while championing modern React architecture and AI-assisted development workflows.

You will bridge frontend experiences and backend microservices with minimal handoff friction, proving out new engineering practices that elevate velocity across the company.

💼 What You'll Do

Own end-to-end feature delivery from interactive UI components to backend business logic.

Integrate AI coding tools into daily development to maximize development throughput and code quality.

Act as a technical seed within product squads—mentoring peers on modern React patterns and AI-assisted workflows.

Identify cross-team communication bottlenecks and advocate for streamlined engineering processes.

Maintain rigorous standards for component reusability, test coverage, and render performance.

✅ What You'll Need

1–5 years of professional software engineering experience with production ownership.

Deep expertise in React, component lifecycle architecture, and state management strategies.

Strong mastery of TypeScript, modern frontend build tools, and automated testing frameworks.

Practical working knowledge of backend engineering (Java, Golang, or Node.js) and database fundamentals.

Demonstrated proficiency using modern AI coding tools to accelerate software delivery.

Self-driven mindset with clear product intuition and strong communication skills.
