🎯 The Role

As a Frontend Engineer - Compliance Tech, you will develop robust, intuitive web interfaces and dashboards utilized by internal risk officers, analysts, and automated compliance engines. You will turn intricate regulatory requirements into clean, performant web applications.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Core: React, Vue.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, Modern CSS
• APIs & Data: RESTful APIs, JSON, AI model endpoints, WebSockets
• Quality & Testing: Jest / Vitest, end-to-end testing, cross-browser compatibility
• Workflows: Git, CI/CD pipelines, modern AI-assisted engineering tools

💼 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications and dashboards supporting Binance's compliance and risk management operations.
• Partner with product managers, compliance specialists, and distributed backend engineers across multiple countries.
• Consume and orchestrate complex data models from upstream microservices, third-party screening APIs, and machine learning models.
• Write robust unit and integration tests to ensure deterministic behavior across edge-case user states and data scenarios.
• Monitor application performance, track error rates, and continuously streamline loading times and interactive states.

✅ What You'll Need

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade web applications in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong practical working knowledge of both React and Vue.js frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Track record of delivering polished, responsive user interfaces that handle large datasets cleanly.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs, working with JSON structures, and integrating AI model APIs into frontend workflows.
• Practical experience utilizing AI-assisted developer tooling in daily coding and debugging routines.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Previous work experience within fintech, payments, banking, e-commerce, or crypto exchanges.
• Solid understanding of AML, KYC, sanctions screening, or fraud detection workflows.
• Familiarity with WebSockets for real-time risk alert feeds.
