🎯 The Role
As the Technical Lead for Frontend Infrastructure, you will own the architectural foundation of BetWarrior's web and mobile-embedded betting products. This is not a role for standard feature development—you will establish project structure, define rendering strategies, orchestrate multi-brand distribution pipelines, and ensure rock-solid resilience for a platform processing thousands of live, concurrent betting sessions. While primarily web-focused with Next.js, the role bridges web applications into native shells using Capacitor to tap into device capabilities like biometrics, secure storage, and anti-spoofing geolocation.

- Collaborate with mobile engineers to maintain distribution pipelines using Fastlane, Xcode Schemes, and Gradle Flavors
- Define optimal rendering strategies for mobile environments, emphasizing static exports and edge data consumption over dynamic SSR
- Decouple business logic, state management, and real-time streaming feeds cleanly from UI presentation components
- Build compliant anti-spoofing geolocation validation to meet strict regulatory gaming requirements
- Establish safe over-the-air (OTA) updates and versioning policies for live user betting sessions
- Implement unified monitoring and error tracking bridging native and JavaScript runtime errors
- Define technical standards, mentor engineers, and guide the growth of the frontend team
✅ What You'll Need
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with proven ownership of core architecture for high-traffic or regulated systems
- Deep hands-on experience designing and operating production Next.js and React applications at scale
