🎯 The Role
Agoda is searching for a Front End / Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers in Bangkok. In this role, you will guide the technical development of robust, responsive, and high-volume frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and Redux, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless booking and travel experiences.

💼 What You'll Do

- Tackle technical debt, troubleshoot complex production issues, and optimize client-side performance and Core Web Vitals.
- Stay ahead of frontend technology developments to foster an innovative engineering culture.
