🎯 The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager with deep frontend expertise to own the engineering behind Hostinger's landing pages and content platforms. You will lead a team of exceptional developers, driving acquisition and conversion through high-traffic, multi-locale web products.

💼 What You'll Do

• Take ownership of end-to-end process from architecture to deployment and operation.
• Lead, grow, and hire the team with meaningful 1:1s, growth plans, and performance evaluations.
• Actively participate in planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate with Head of Product, PMs, Tech-Lead, and Marketing to deliver initiatives.
• Own delivery discipline with predictable execution and fast release cycles.
• Drive web performance and technical SEO as first-class engineering goals.
• Run experimentation with A/B testing infrastructure and analytics.
• Ensure stability and reliability with observability measures.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and stay hands-on in the codebase.
• Accelerate AI adoption with agentic coding workflows and LLM-powered features.

✅ What You'll Need

• Leadership experience as team lead or manager including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Track record of improving team delivery throughput, predictability, or time-to-ship.
• Experience with high-traffic, multi-locale consumer web products.
• Extensive JavaScript/TypeScript experience and strong knowledge of at least one modern framework (Vue/Nuxt preferred).
• Strong understanding of app state management (Redux, NgRx, Vuex, Pinia).
• Fluency in web performance (Core Web Vitals), technical SEO, and analytics/experimentation tooling.
• Experience in designing system architectures.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and Git.
• Understanding of proper code design, unit testing, and end-to-end testing practices.
• Hands-on daily use of AI/agentic engineering tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Business-impact mindset with focus on conversion, revenue, and user outcomes.
