🎯 The Role

As the Engineering Manager for the UI Platform team, you will lead the Developer Experience group responsible for empowering frontend engineers across the company. Your team handles the end-to-end dev loop—from code writing and AI tooling integration to testing, monitoring, and production deployment.

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering team focused on UI infrastructure and frontend developer productivity.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, and continuous career development for team members.
• Shape long-term frontend technical architecture and systematically manage technical debt.
• Define and execute processes aligned with organizational product vision and developer needs.
• Establish observability, monitoring, and operational excellence for UI features.

✅ What You'll Need

• At least 5 years of hands-on frontend development experience, heavily centered around React applications.
• 2+ years of direct engineering management experience leading high-impact teams.
• Deep passion for web infrastructure, developer tooling, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and hire engineering talent.
• Experience managing engineers across distributed work environments.

• Prior experience building platform infrastructure for large-scale frontend teams.
• Exposure to enterprise data platforms, monitoring systems, or AI-assisted developer tools.
