🎯 The Role
As an Engineering Manager (Frontend - Krak), you will lead a cross-functional Consumer engineering pod dedicated to building and scaling core Krak experiences. You will guide engineers across React, React Native, and backend systems to deliver intuitive, high-performance user experiences across Kraken's flagship consumer surfaces, partnering closely with Product, Design, and leadership.

💼 What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing cross-functional pod of frontend (React / React Native) and backend engineers.
- Own the end-to-end user experience and technical delivery for key Krak consumer features across mobile and web platforms.
- Partner with Product Managers and Product Designers to translate customer needs into robust, scalable UI architectures.
- Establish and uphold engineering excellence, driving code reviews, testing standards, and maintainable frontend architectures.
- Foster team growth, inclusivity, and technical autonomy using agile processes and engineering velocity metrics.
✅ What You'll Need
- Proven engineering leadership experience managing teams delivering consumer-facing products at scale.
- Deep hands-on technical background in React Native and modern frontend architectures.
- Experience managing or aligning cross-functional teams combining frontend, mobile, and backend engineers.
- Strong product intuition, user empathy, and passion for building intuitive, high-scale digital interfaces.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder collaboration skills in an async, remote-first global culture.
