🎯 The Role

GSPANN is looking for a seasoned UI Lead / UI Architect with extensive React.js expertise to direct frontend architecture across enterprise-grade digital systems. In this role, you will take ownership of architectural decisions, establish development standards, drive micro-frontend adoption, and mentor engineering teams across locations.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect and steer the technical direction of large-scale React web applications
• Formulate frontend engineering guidelines, code quality benchmarks, and reusable UI frameworks
• Drive the strategy and implementation of micro-frontend architectures across distributed product pods
• Partner closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Solution Architects to build responsive interfaces
• Guide, mentor, and upskill frontend engineers through constructive design and code reviews
• Champion application performance optimization, web accessibility compliance, and frontend security best practices
• Work with infrastructure and DevOps engineers on CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

✅ What You'll Need

• 10+ years of solid software development experience with an emphasis on frontend web engineering
• Deep architectural and practical expertise in React.js, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and web standards
• Proven background designing scalable frontend architectures for high-traffic or enterprise platforms
• Hands-on mastery of state management patterns using Redux, Context API, or comparable libraries
• Clear understanding of micro-frontends, component isolation, and enterprise design systems
• Experience integrating complex RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and external services
• Grounded knowledge of Core Web Vitals, performance profiling, accessibility standards, and web security
• Track record delivering software within Agile and Scrum development workflows

• Hands-on familiarity with Next.js and Node.js
• Cloud exposure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Proven experience building custom design systems and cross-team component libraries
