🎯 The Role
Iris Software is looking for an experienced UI Angular Lead to define and drive architecture for enterprise Angular application ecosystems. You'll lead frontend engineering standards, modernization initiatives, and technical decisions across products and platforms while mentoring high-performing engineering teams.

💼 What You'll Do
- Define and drive architecture for enterprise Angular applications and frontend engineering standards.
- Lead strategic technical decisions around application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.
- Establish UI standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines.
- Drive implementation of non-functional requirements including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with leadership and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy.
- Identify technical risks and architecture gaps proactively while defining mitigation strategies.
✅ What You'll Need
- 8-10 years of experience in frontend engineering
- Strong expertise in Angular Components & Design Patterns, Angular Reactive Forms, and Angular Standalone Components
- Hands-on with NgRx, RxJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and Jasmine
- Experience leading architecture reviews and technical discussions
- Ability to drive DevOps, CI/CD, cloud-native, and containerization adoption
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Mentorship and team-building experience
