🎯 The Role

As a Staff Software Engineer for UI, you will take ownership of the frontend architecture for cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS applications. This is a highly impactful leadership role where you will balance hands-on development with mentoring, setting engineering standards, and ensuring the delivery of performant, secure, and customizable interfaces used across diverse customer environments.

💼 What You'll Do

• Drive the architectural vision and development of globally scalable, tenant-isolated SaaS web applications.
• Build and maintain modular UI platforms, shared component libraries, and sophisticated deployment tooling.
• Optimize front-end performance, load times, and state management for complex enterprise systems.
• Establish comprehensive observability using Real User Monitoring (RUM) and synthetic metrics.
• Collaborate across DevOps, Cloud, and Backend teams to integrate UI seamlessly into CI/CD continuous delivery pipelines.
• Lead by example through rigorous code reviews and active developer mentorship.

✅ What You'll Need

• 10+ years of professional frontend engineering experience within large-scale SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Expert-level command of React, Angular, TypeScript, and modern web standards.
• Demonstrated ability to architect adaptive layouts and tackle complex UI debugging challenges.
• A deep understanding of modern frontend testing methodologies spanning unit, integration, and E2E frameworks.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).

🌟 Nice to Have

• Prior experience creating or scaling comprehensive Design Systems.
• Working knowledge of Lit Element for web components.
• Hands-on expertise managing production security scanning, tenant isolation, and strict role-based access controls.
