We are actively searching for a Staff Software Engineer specializing in Frontend to join our high-impact Orchestration and Task Flow team. In this pivotal technical leadership position, you will fundamentally shape how modern sales workflows are explicitly designed, visualized, and executed. Operating in a remote capacity out of Hyderabad, you will lead the core architecture and hands-on implementation of immensely rich client experiences—such as the new VisualAgentBuilder canvas—and significantly elevate heavily trafficked surfaces like Tasks, Sequences, and Research Agent interfaces. This role requires a developer who can look vertically up and down the tech stack to identify pain points and drive solutions that yield measurable customer success.

💼 What You'll Do
- Architect and dictate the frontend engineering vision for our enterprise-grade workflow orchestration platform.
- Drive the holistic frontend design and end-to-end implementation for flagship experiences including Tasks, Sequences, and the VisualAgentBuilder.
- Rapidly prototype and rigorously validate cutting-edge concepts (e.g., 'next best action' UX and goal visualizations) prior to full-scale development.
- Relentlessly partner with dedicated product managers, UX designers, and data analysts to profoundly understand seller behavioral patterns and optimize workflows accordingly.
- Ensure tight collaboration with shared frontend infrastructure teams to guarantee consistency, strict accessibility, top-tier performance, and deep observability across all applications.
- Aggressively elevate the engineering culture by mentoring developers, conducting demanding technical reviews, and refining recruitment processes.
- Leverage advanced telemetry, active feature flagging, and robust A/B testing methodologies to strictly measure the impact of UI decisions on task completion metrics.
✅ What You'll Need
- 7+ years of dedicated professional software development experience, heavily concentrated on engineering sophisticated, user-facing web applications.
- Exceptional, demonstrated proficiency utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React to construct and ship immense-scale platforms.
- Comprehensive experience navigating modern frontend tooling ecosystems, heavily utilizing bundlers, sophisticated test runners, and robust API/GraphQL clients.
- Previous exposure working intricately alongside cloud-based service architectures and smoothly integrating complex frontend layers with robust backend services.
- Direct experience leveraging structured experimentation platforms and analytics tooling to make definitively data-driven UI architectural choices.
- A proven, demonstrable track record of Staff or Senior-level technical leadership—setting decisive technical direction and steering highly complex, multi-team projects to successful delivery.
