🎯 The Role

As a Staff Frontend Engineer at 6sense, you will be a technical leader and key architect for our suite of AI-native products. You will be responsible for building sophisticated abstractions that enable the wider engineering team to execute faster and more consistently. This role demands a visionary who can bridge the gap between complex data requirements and a premium, high-performance UI experience, serving as a direct peer to Product Design for world-class AI-driven experiences.

💼 What You'll Do

• Lead high-fidelity design translations into fluid, responsive, and accessible 6sense products.
• Architect and maintain systemic abstractions (libraries, hooks, components) used by hundreds of engineers.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks related to rendering lag, bundle size, and memory management.
• Define engineering standards and lead code reviews focusing on long-term maintainability.
• Drive the quality strategy across unit, integration, and E2E layers using Playwright.
• Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge frontend patterns (RSCs, AI-augmented dev) to keep 6sense at the top of the ecosystem.

✅ What You'll Need

• Minimum of 10 years in frontend engineering with expert-level React/TypeScript skills.
• Proven experience building 'internal products' and infrastructure for other developers.
• Mastery of modern testing strategies, especially with Playwright and Jest.
• Expert knowledge of CSS/SCSS and living design systems centered around Storybook.
• An analytical mindset capable of deep browser performance profiling and Core Web Vitals optimization.
• Strong communication skills required to articulate technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
