🎯 The Role
In this Staff-level engineering role, you will partner with engineering and product management to simplify how organizations interact with complex data systems. You will take ownership of the full product and user experience, setting the technical foundation for scalable, high-performance UI across cluster configuration, data pipeline graphs, and collaborative SQL workflows.

- Lead multi-quarter technical initiatives and mentor engineers across the team
- Uphold high standards for performance, accessibility, security, and UX consistency

- 5+ years of professional engineering experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proven track record of leading large multi-quarter initiatives with measurable business impact
- Hands-on expertise with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue

- Strong foundation in web performance profiling, browser security, and accessibility standards
- Ability to work toward a multi-year technical vision through incremental deliverables
