🎯 The Role

As a Staff Engineer Software - Front End on the Supply Chain team, you will build hands-on, modern web applications for Order Management, Wholesale, and Transportation workflows. You will partner with cross-functional global teams to deliver high-performing React and TypeScript user experiences.

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress
• Backend & APIs: REST APIs, Java, Spring Boot, Kafka
• DevOps & Cloud: Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure / GCP / AWS

💼 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain responsive frontend web applications built with React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate UI components with Java/Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Establish quality standards through unit, integration, E2E, and accessibility testing.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot to boost productivity while maintaining rigorous code quality.
• Guide and mentor junior team members on UI architecture, debugging, and code maintainability.

✅ What You'll Need

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on frontend web development.
• Deep hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
• Demonstrated experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and microservices.
• Proven track record with automated web testing tools like Jest, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments.

🌟 Nice to Have

• Mobile engineering experience with React Native or Flutter.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with design systems, GraphQL, or micro-frontends.
