This is a Senior II (L6) frontend position on the Ads Manager team, which owns the self-serve tools advertisers use to plan, launch and improve campaigns. You will steer the team's frontend direction, run multi-quarter initiatives and act as a main technical partner for product, design, data science and backend colleagues.

๐ผ What You'll Do
- Plan the roadmap and architecture for the Ads Manager web apps, weighing quick delivery against long-term scale
- Build React screens for setting up, managing, reporting on and tuning ad campaigns
- Create reusable components, state patterns and abstractions that make the product easier to grow
- Agree on API and data contracts with backend teams
- Strengthen monitoring, logs, traces and on-call preparedness for the most important advertiser journeys
- Lead migrations and refactors to retire legacy frontend code, with security built in
- Coach engineers up to L5 and shape how the team uses AI coding tools
โ What You'll Need
- At least 8 years building modern web applications and owning complex customer-facing products
- Deep React and Node.js experience in large codebases, including hooks, state handling and performance work
- Strong frontend architecture skills across modules, shared components, routing, data loading and error states
- Experience working with backend teams on REST or GraphQL APIs
- A record of leading large cross-team projects from design through launch and operations
- Experience improving code health and productivity through tooling, testing and CI
- Hands-on use of web monitoring tools such as Datadog
- Comfort with AI-assisted development and clear communication with engineers, PMs and designers
๐ Nice to Have
- Experience leading large, data-rich interfaces like analytics dashboards, editors or multi-step workflows
- GraphQL experience at scale
- Test automation with Selenium, Cypress or Playwright
- Deep frontend performance work such as bundle optimization and code splitting

- Figma experience and a record of mentoring L3 to L5 engineers
