🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a primary focus on Front-end development. You will drive front-end excellence, performance optimization, and engineering best practices. This role offers the opportunity to build and enhance the interfaces that power customer communication channels and evolve the agent support experience through intuitive, scalable, and efficient UI workflows.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain performant UI features for customer-facing flows and internal agent tools.
• Design reusable UI components and scalable front-end architectures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create seamless user experiences across various support modalities.
• Ensure high code quality through performance optimization and comprehensive testing.
• Enhance system observability and participate in production readiness reviews.

✅ What You'll Need

• 6+ years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack engineering.
• Expert-level knowledge of React and modern front-end best practices.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and debugging across stack boundaries.
• Experience with automated UI testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Technical leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
