🎯 The Role

As a Senior UX Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of design and engineering — crafting high-fidelity, accessible, and delightful product experiences, primarily on the Builder Copilot team.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• React + TypeScript
• Figma (design-to-code)
• Component libraries / Storybook
• AI chat UX patterns

💼 What You'll Do

• Build the Copilot AI chat experience for automation creation
• Translate Figma design systems into scalable component libraries
• Drive accessibility standards and visual polish across the product
• Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, and backend engineers

✅ What You'll Need

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience
• Expert-level React and TypeScript skills
• 1+ years building production chat or conversational AI UIs
• Strong eye for visual detail, animation, and interaction design

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience building design systems or shared component libraries
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Background working on AI-first or LLM-powered product features
