🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Software Principal Engineer (Frontend) with strong expertise in modern frontend technologies and a solid understanding of cloud-native and DevOps practices. You will play a key role in defining frontend architecture, driving technical excellence, and mentoring teams.

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
• Cloud: AWS-hosted applications
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, build optimization, release strategies
• Architecture: Micro-frontends, modular frontend architectures
• Testing: Unit, integration, and E2E testing frameworks

💼 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable, high-performance frontend applications
• Define and enforce frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Act as frontend technical authority across teams
• Mentor senior and junior engineers and guide complex technical decisions
• Review designs and code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability
• Work with backend and DevOps teams for seamless integration
• Drive frontend solutions aligned with SaaS scalability, security, and performance needs
• Partner with Product and UX to deliver high-quality, user-centric experiences

✅ What You'll Need

• 8+ years in frontend or UI engineering, with principal or staff level experience
• Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong experience with React and modern frontend frameworks
• Deep understanding of browser behavior, performance optimization, and accessibility
• Experience with AWS-hosted applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and frontend build pipelines
• Understanding of DevOps concepts related to frontend delivery

• Experience building and scaling SaaS products
• Exposure to micro-frontend or modular frontend architectures
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks
