You will be a key technical contributor and domain expert on the Page Builder platform, designing and building high-quality, scalable frontend components, collaborating closely with Product and UX, and elevating the team's engineering practices. This role involves strong ownership of features, contributing to architectural decisions, and mentoring junior engineers, while also shaping the integration of AI tools into daily development workflows.
🛠️ Tech Stack
The team works across the full stack with a strong frontend focus, utilizing modern web technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React (preferred), HTML5, CSS3, and Node.js. Experience with CSS frameworks like Sass or Tailwind, Content Management Systems (WordPress, Contentful), and public cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) is important. The role also involves RESTful/GraphQL APIs, web performance fundamentals, and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cucumber, Selenium). Build tools like Webpack, Vite, npm, or Yarn are also relevant.

- Build and ship modular, reusable, and accessible UI components that power salesforce.com marketing pages.
- Take ownership of features from design through execution, including writing design specs and defining test strategies.
- Actively integrate AI tools (e.g., Agentforce, Slackbot, Cursor, Claude, Codex) into your engineering workflow.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Principal Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing.
- Contribute to code reviews, monitor features in production, and champion engineering best practices.
- Help manage delivery complexity, slice stories, define tasks, and expose dependencies and risks.
- Present designs to internal groups and contribute to internal retrospectives, playbooks, and documentation.
