🎯 The Role
As an early member of the Web team, you'll own the user-facing web at amo — the surfaces where new people first meet the apps. You'll work across product, engineering and growth, taking ownership of a growing part of the consumer web experience and driving conversion from first link to app open.

💼 What You'll Do
- Build fast, beautiful, conversion-focused consumer web experiences that load instantly on any device and in any in-app browser.
- Own deep linking and app entry: Universal Links, App Links, deferred deep linking, attribution, and App Clips.
- Generate dynamic OG metadata and rich previews at scale, iterating on what gets shared based on what converts.
- Design and maintain the event tracking taxonomy in Amplitude, instrument funnels end-to-end, and run rigorous A/B tests.
- Identify and ship growth initiatives to improve acquisition and conversion, forming your own hypotheses and measuring results.
- Own the architecture, performance, monitoring and reliability of everything you ship.
✅ What You'll Need
- 5+ years of professional experience building consumer-facing web products.
- Deep expertise in React / Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of web performance: SSR, edge rendering, caching, CDNs, Core Web Vitals, and in-app browser behavior.
- Hands-on experience with deep linking, Universal Links / App Links and attribution.
- Experience designing analytics taxonomies and running experiments.
- A growth mindset — you think in funnels and conversion rates.
- Strong product and visual taste — you notice the 2px misalignment and the 100ms delay.
- Comfortable working autonomously across frontend and backend.
- Ability to use AI tools as a multiplier while standing behind every line that ships.
