🎯 The Role

As a Software Engineer IV - Frontend Developer within the Digital Banking team, you will be instrumental in designing and building features that enhance customer experience. This role involves owning services end-to-end, collaborating with product managers and designers to create intuitive solutions, and simplifying complex problems into scalable designs. You will uphold engineering best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced Agile environment.

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Core Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern front-end frameworks
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library
• Backend/Cloud (Basic Knowledge/Experience): NestJS, Rest APIs, JWT, OAuth, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP
• Version Control & CI/CD: Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins
• IDEs: Visual Studio Code (VS Code), IntelliJ

💼 What You'll Do

• Implement features and deliver production-ready, high-quality code.
• Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and debugging reports.
• Conduct performance optimizations and monitor key metrics.
• Participate in agile planning, providing technical insights and feasibility analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other Engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions in an agile environment.
• Engage in agile events like daily scrums and product demos.
• Conduct peer code reviews and continuously improve team processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry practices.
• Monitor delivery metrics and identify improvements for efficiency.

✅ What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or proven work experience.
• 9+ years of professional experience building scalable, responsive, and user-centric web applications.
• Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and container management (Docker, Kubernetes on GCP).
• Ability to analyze user and business requirements to create technical designs.
• Excellent communication, a team-player attitude, and experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, an ownership mindset, and high attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge or experience in building NestJS, Rest APIs, and authentication flows (JWT, OAuth).
• Experience working in Native & Hybrid Cloud environments.
• Experience with SAFe methodologies.
