🎯 The Role

As a Software Engineer III in the Account Experience team, you will build and own the core merchant platform interface. This includes everything from merchant setup, workflows, and monitors to the Primer AI Companion interface. You will drive frontend projects end-to-end and lead UI architecture decisions across the platform.

💼 What You'll Do

• Own frontend projects end-to-end from initial scoping through production release.
• Lead frontend architectural decisions, creating RFCs and ADRs with minimal supervision.
• Build composable, performant, and accessible UI components.
• Track telemetry and metrics to proactively catch and fix production issues.
• Drive incident response resolutions and share technical knowledge across the engineering org.

• Ability to drive architectural discussions and evaluate trade-offs in an async environment.
