🎯 The Role

UiPath is hiring a Software Engineer II (Frontend-leaning) in Bengaluru. Operating with a builder mindset, you will own customer-facing surfaces from concept to production. You will run toward ambiguous challenges, translate customer workflows into intuitive interfaces, champion visual craft, and leverage cutting-edge AI development assistants in your everyday engineering loop.

💼 What You'll Do

• Build, polish, and maintain high-performance frontend features from design prototype to production deployment
• Deliver intuitive user experiences focusing on motion, spacing, loading states, and edge cases
• Integrate AI-augmented developer tooling into your workflow for coding, test generation, and debugging
• Engage with customers and review product analytics to directly inform UI architecture decisions
• Bridge full-stack gaps by writing backend endpoints or schema updates to unblock user-facing features
• Write automated tests and take active ownership of service reliability and incident diagnostics

✅ What You'll Need

• 3–7 years of commercial software engineering experience shipping production web applications
• Strong command of React, TypeScript, component architecture, and modern state management
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Practical full-stack experience creating or consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
• High visual craft bar with ability to execute clean UI without needing exhaustive design specs
• Proven experience incorporating AI coding tools to accelerate development velocity

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or OCR and large-document ingestion pipelines
• Exposure to LLM evaluation frameworks and AI-augmented interaction patterns
• Prior experience working on enterprise SaaS or orchestration platforms
