🎯 The Role
As a Frontend Engineer at Whippy, you will be instrumental in crafting intuitive user interfaces that enable seamless interaction with powerful communication paradigms. You will take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from defining requirements to implementation, rollout, and evaluating the success of new features.

💼 What You'll Do
- Design and build intuitive user interfaces for advanced communication paradigms.
- Develop Engineering Requirement Documents (ERDs) to guide features from concept to deployment and success measurement.
- Implement comprehensive unit and end-to-end test suites to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Integrate product analytics to track and evaluate the impact of launched features.
- Contribute to the development of a React Native mobile app, SQL-style data filtering GUIs, and real-time marketing analytics data grids.
- Work on design systems using modern UI libraries like Radix UI and Stitches.

- A strong foundational understanding of frontend architecture, particularly for building interactive systems that efficiently handle data fetching, mutation, and rendering.
- A proactive desire to engage in the full project development process, encompassing research, planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, crucial for effective asynchronous collaboration in a distributed team.
- Fluency in written English is a mandatory requirement.
- Ability to commit to a two-week full-time or four-week part-time fully paid "work trial" (mutual assessment period).
- Availability to attend team meetings held on Mondays and Fridays at 2:30 pm GMT.
