🎯 The Role
As a Frontend Engineer, you will own the core front-end of the CoverForce platform — from onboarding and authentication through to the full quote, bind, and pay experience. This includes building complex, dynamic forms across multiple insurance carriers, creating reusable component libraries shared across different customer types (agents vs. consumers), and contributing to architectural decisions as an early engineering hire. You will shape the product, not just build to spec.

💼 What You'll Do
- Build reusable, configurable UI components and libraries used across multiple frontend products
- Design and implement onboarding flows, auth, and the full quote/bind/pay experience — including complex dynamic forms per carrier
- Research and apply UI/UX best practices: responsive design, performance optimisation, accessibility
- Bring AI-assisted tooling (Cursor, Claude, Codex, LLM APIs) into the frontend workflow to raise velocity and quality
- Surface and drive improvements to code quality, stability, and scalability
- Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain a high quality bar
- Collaborate across engineering and product to define API contracts and shape front-end architecture
