🎯 The Role

This is a frontend engineering position on Cisco's next-generation AI-powered cloud management platform. You'll work in a microfrontend architecture, building interfaces used by internal and external stakeholders globally. The role sits at the intersection of product, platform, and AI teams — expect real cross-functional exposure.

• Architecture: Microfrontend, Module Federation
• Tooling: Nx monorepo, pnpm / Yarn workspaces, Webpack / Rspack
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright
• Nice to have: React Router v6/7, TanStack Table, Framer Motion, React DnD, Amplitude, Sentry

💼 What You'll Do

• Build accessible, performant UI components in a large-scale TypeScript monorepo
• Own and implement microfrontend features using Module Federation
• Partner with backend, design, and platform teams across the full delivery cycle
• Maintain Nx monorepo health — enforce architectural boundaries, promote best practices
• Write and maintain unit and E2E tests for long-term code reliability
• Contribute to frontend observability, performance tuning, and analytics instrumentation
• Take part in UI reviews, planning sessions, and cross-functional discussions

✅ What You'll Need

• 3–7 years of hands-on production frontend experience
• Strong command of React (17/18+), TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
• Monorepo experience — Nx strongly preferred — with pnpm or Yarn workspaces
• Understanding of microfrontend patterns and Module Federation
• Solid grasp of component-driven development, design systems, and accessibility
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for a fast-paced collaborative team

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with Rspack, Webpack, or similar bundlers
• Familiarity with React Router v6/7, TanStack Table, Framer Motion, or React DnD
• Exposure to Amplitude or Sentry for monitoring and analytics
• Understanding of REST APIs or GraphQL and working with backend engineers
• Experience mentoring juniors or contributing to shared tooling in a monorepo
