🎯 The Role

We are looking for a Software Development Engineer III (Frontend) to lead the architectural direction of our complex frontend systems. You will build highly interactive interfaces for our AI tools, ensuring deep integration with React and TypeScript. In this remote position based in India, you'll pioneer frontend best practices, mentor engineering talent, and work cross-functionally to turn ambitious product ideas into high-performance web realities.

💼 What You'll Do

• Architect and scale robust frontend applications, focusing on modularity and maintainability.
• Deliver beautifully crafted, accessible user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Own project execution from scoping milestones to final delivery with minimal guidance.
• Partner with product, design, and backend peers to steer product direction.
• Elevate engineering standards through rigorous testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, raising the technical bar of your team.
• Drive system reliability by tackling production issues and improving observability.

✅ What You'll Need

• 7+ years of hands-on frontend development for large-scale applications.
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, DOM rendering, and modern UI constraints.
• Proven track record of architecting performant and scalable frontend systems.
• Competence in at least one backend language (Node.js or Python).
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities in high-stakes production environments.
